| 1. What shipping method do you use? | All of our orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or Fedex. Orders received before 6:00 pm CST are shipped within 2 business days (M-T) after they are received. This allows us time to roast and package your order so that optimal freshness is maintained. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. If you have special delivery circumstances or need expedited delivery, please call Customer Service at (877) 657-9992. |
| 2. How long does it take for my order to arrive? | Your order will arrive within 2 to 5 business days after it is placed (1 to 2 days to roast and package, plus 1 to 3 days in transit). USPS Priority Mail and Fedex have a good record of delivering within 2 days. |
| 3. Can I expedite an order? | Absolutely, Amavida is here to help. We will expedite the processing and delivery time to get your order out faster. If you have the need for expedited delivery, please call Customer Service at (877) 657-9992 and we will be glad to see what we can do to help. Depending on the circumstances and expedite fee may be required by the carrier. |
| 4. What are your shipping rates? | Simple! There are no shipping cost for orders over $25.00 with the condition that they are being sent to the same ship-to address. All orders under $25.00 will incur a $4.95 shipping charge for each ship-to location. |
| 5. Can I ship outside of the United States? | Our shipments are limited to the 48 Continental United States. |
| 6. Do you offer Saturday delivery? | Yes, we can ship our orders using USPS Priority Mail which delivers on Saturday. |
| 7. Do I have to sign for delivery? | We do not require delivery signature for our orders. We will be glad to add this feature if you instruct us to do so when placing the order. |
| 8. Can I ship to a Post Office Box? | Yes, Amavida Coffee can ship to PO Boxes, including military addresses. |
