Our Baroque Blend is best consumed with milk or cream, and, according to our head roaster, is designed to have “some kind of fat added to it.” This will really draw out the bean’s subtle flavors. Our Baroque Blend is also a perfect coffee to use for an espresso or cold brew, While our best medium roast coffee Baroque Blend blend is darker than most of our coffees, it’s far from a dark roast. Our roasters have taken our best medium roast coffee right up to the edge of where you can taste the varietal distinction. That gives this coffee a lower acidity and a well-rounded body.
