Ethiopia Coffee Fero Cooperative beans are grown at 1800 to 1900 meters above sea level and are organic and fair trade varieties of arabica heirloom coffee. Approximately 5,000 tons of Ethiopian Sidama coffee is produced per year, 95% of which is washed. Harvest time occurs between September to December depending on the coffee’s altitude and rainfall.
