A Limited Organic Peru Coffee

This premium organic lot from Peru is a limited release from our long-time producer partner Sol y Cafe. It is a beautiful special prep coffee, that won 3rd place in Peru’s annual coffee competition Cup of Excellence. Black cherry, raisin and peach in aroma give way to peach, berry and raisin in the cup. This is an exceptionally delicate and unique coffee that we are thrilled to add to our reserve line-up.

This lot comes from Miguel Padilla Chinguel and his farm, Parcel El Romerillo. His farm is located in the La Coipa District of San Ignacio in Cajamarca, Peru. At 1898 meters above sea level, Miguel grows Typica, Caturra, Bourbon, Pache, Catimor, Gesha and Catuai varieties at Parcel El Romerillo. We are loving this limited release for its distinctly sweet, fruit forward flavor profile. We have a very limited supply and it will sell quickly!
